Legal
Terms of Service
Effective: July 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of VerifiedGTM, a pay-per-run growth-agent service operated by Tiny Cloud Ventures.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use VerifiedGTM for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
2. The service
VerifiedGTM provides automated growth workflows that may research user-selected sources, operate a browser, use AI models, generate reports or images, monitor public sources, and publish or notify through connected services. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the service has no uptime or service-level guarantee.
3. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information and safeguard your password and connected credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access. Use the minimum permissions needed for GitHub, Slack, test accounts, and other connected services.
4. Credits, payment, and refunds
- Credits are prepaid units used only for eligible VerifiedGTM runs. They are not currency, stored value, or transferable property.
- Purchased credits do not expire under the current service. Promotional or free credits may be limited, changed, or withdrawn.
- Stripe processes payments. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
- When a run fails before producing its deliverable, the credits charged for that run are ordinarily returned automatically. A verification or publishing step that fails after a usable deliverable is created may not qualify as a failed run.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for the unused portion of purchased credits. Refunds return to the original payment method when practicable. Used, promotional, granted, or previously refunded credits are not refundable except where law requires otherwise.
If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use remaining purchased credits or seek an unused-credit refund.
5. Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in the text, files, credentials, URLs, trademarks, logos, and other material you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the reliability of the service.
You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit Customer Content, analyze a target, access a test account, contact an audience, and direct publication to a connected service. Do not submit secrets or regulated data that the requested workflow does not need.
6. Generated output
As between you and VerifiedGTM, you may use generated reports, images, drafts, and other output for any lawful purpose, and we assign to you any rights in that output that we may own. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to output created for others, or not eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing claims, citations, permissions, brand use, and legal compliance before relying on or publishing output.
VerifiedGTM does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, or other licensed professional advice. Do not use output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break a law, violate another person’s rights, or breach a contract or website restriction that applies to you;
- access an account, system, repository, or data source without authorization;
- send unlawful spam, deceptive outreach, harassment, impersonation, or fraudulent content;
- upload malware, probe or disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or interfere with another user;
- collect, infer, or use sensitive personal information in a discriminatory, exploitative, or unlawful manner;
- submit payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, or other regulated data unless we have expressly agreed in writing to support that use;
- resell access, transfer credits, or use automated means to operate the service outside its intended interfaces without permission.
8. Third-party services and sources
The service depends on providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, SerpAPI, GitHub, Slack, Reddit, and public websites. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, and their availability or output is outside our control. You authorize us to send Customer Content to those providers and take the connected actions you request.
9. Our intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, software, workflows, branding, prompts, interfaces, and documentation, excluding Customer Content and the rights in generated output granted above. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but you are not required to provide it.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity. Data retention after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and output are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, revenue, conversions, publication, or any other business result. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifiedGTM and Tiny Cloud Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service.
Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to VerifiedGTM during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify VerifiedGTM and Tiny Cloud Ventures against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your connected-service instructions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when required by law. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
15. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service unless a separate written agreement applies. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute by email, except where urgent injunctive relief is reasonably necessary.
16. Contact
Questions, refund requests, and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
